## In short

- ViON Business finds visible work actions in recordings: tray handovers, workstation preparation, procedure steps.
- The chef or manager sets the work rules; the team checks the original recording.
- The camera does not measure temperature or determine the food safety of a product.
- The task is first tested on recordings from your kitchen; the cost is agreed in advance.

## Start with a familiar situation

Need to check a tray handover or workstation preparation? Choose one table, serving point or work area. ViON Business is configured around visible actions on your cameras.

The chef or manager defines what should happen and in which order. The system helps find relevant episodes; the team checks the original recording and discusses the result.

## What the manager gets

The right clip to review with staff: what happened before the event, how a selected step was performed and what followed. You can discuss finding procedure stages or visible uniform items, such as a head covering in a preparation area.

A camera shows visible actions. It does not measure product temperature or determine food safety. These measurements and mandatory checks are performed separately.

## Test it during your shift

Staff, equipment or steam can obscure a worktable. We therefore test the selected task on recordings from your kitchen and review detected events and errors. The first trial’s cost and scope are agreed before work starts.

The result helps determine whether the use case is useful to the manager and which areas to connect next. ViON supports work review; decisions and mandatory checks remain with responsible staff.
