## Before and after installation

### Camera model

Check the name on the device or in the manufacturer’s app. Tell us whether the camera is installed and whether you can view its image.

### Device and retention period

Tell us whether you have a computer or server for ViON, how many cameras you want to connect and how many days of recordings you need.

### Check after installation

Open the camera image, wait for a recording and find a specific moment. Check that recording resumes when the camera reconnects.

## If something does not work

For support, describe where the problem occurred and what is on screen. This helps the team understand your situation.
