How Priontek LLC processes information about ViON website visitors.

This policy covers forms, subscriptions, and consultation and support conversations on this website. It describes the data collected, processing purposes, retention periods and your rights.

Note: Version dated 4 October 2026. This policy was prepared with regard to Georgia’s Law on Personal Data Protection.

### Data controller

Priontek LLC, identification number 445822539. The company determines the purposes and means of processing data received through this website.

### Data is provided voluntarily

You decide whether to submit a form or start a conversation. Without the required contact details, we cannot handle or respond to your enquiry.

### You control your data

You may request information, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw consent through the contact page.

## 1. Data we receive

Through forms, the website may receive your name, email, phone number, company, job title, country, industry, camera count, enquiry topic and message, subscription language, and request date, time and reference. Conversations retain your messages, submitted contact details, and request number and status. If you are signed in and conversation signing is enabled, ViON may receive a persistent account identifier without automatically receiving your email or phone number.

- Technical security data: your IP address is used for rate limiting; an irreversible hash is stored in the database.
- When form protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile receives technical information needed to verify submissions.
- Your browser may store cookie preferences and a token that lets you return to a conversation.

## 2. Purposes and grounds for processing

Data is used to receive and handle enquiries, respond to you, discuss installation, pilots, support or partnerships, arrange a subscription after confirmation, and protect the site against spam and abuse. The grounds are your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, the controller’s legitimate interest in protecting the website and enquiries, and, where required by law, a legal obligation.

## 3. Who may access data

Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it to handle enquiries and support the site. Processors may include hosting and infrastructure providers, the ViON conversation service, Cloudflare Turnstile, and CRM, email or subscription confirmation services connected by the controller. They receive only data necessary for their function and must maintain confidentiality and security.

## 4. Transfers outside Georgia

Some technical providers may process data on servers in other countries. Such transfers take place only with a legal basis and safeguards required by law. You may ask the controller for information about specific recipients and processing locations.

## 5. Retention periods

Enquiries and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up a request, then for up to three years to resolve potential claims unless law or contract requires another period. Subscription data is retained until you unsubscribe. Technical rate-limit records are used briefly. Once the purpose is fulfilled, data is deleted, anonymised or retained only to the extent required by law.

## 6. Your rights

You may ask whether your data is processed, obtain information and a copy, request correction, updating, completion, cessation of processing, deletion, destruction, blocking or transfer where applicable, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. A response may be restricted only as provided by law.

## 7. How to submit a request

Open Contacts, choose “Data and privacy” and describe your request. You may also send a written request to the controller’s registered address above. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity and specify the enquiry concerned.

## 8. Security and children’s data

The controller uses organisational and technical measures, restricts access and does not publish enquiry details. Do not send passwords, access keys or confidential recordings through forms. The site is not specifically intended for children; a legal representative may request removal of a minor’s data.

## 9. Policy updates and complaints

If processing practices change, this page will be updated with a new revision date. If you believe your rights have been violated, contact the controller first; you may also complain to Georgia’s competent personal data protection authority or a court.
